COURSE START TIMES

Please allow sufficient time for your journey ensuring you are ready to start the course at the
time noted as per the booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone
arriving late as per our terms and conditions.

COVID 19

If you are testing positive for COVID 19 or have symptoms, please do not attend the training
centre.

PPE

No PPE will be leant to delegates, please ensure you bring the correct PPE as per the
course requirements. Some PPE may be available to purchase on the day if required.

CAR PARKING

Free car parking is provided. Please reverse into car parking spaces. All cars and valuables
are left at the owner’s risk.

REFRESHMENTS

No lunch is provided so please either bring your own food with you, or you are welcome to
go to the shops in your lunch break – there are shops/supermarkets within a 5-minute drive.
Lunch can be eaten either in the training room or your vehicle.
Water and hot drinks are available free of charge.
There is a vending machine (which has a selection of snacks including crisps, chocolate and
canned drinks), this accepts coins or card payments.

ADDITIONAL DELEGATE REQUIREMENTS

Should you have any literacy or language comprehension difficulties please advise staff
before your course. The trainers can allow and help with any difficulties.
This will be dealt with in a discreet and confidential way.
